Text messages are limited to 156 characters.

As of September 2022, adding custom templates is not available.

It's not possible to change the sender number or name for texts; they are sent from a standard do-not-reply number, enabling this feature at no extra cost.

Work Order SMS- Automatically sent to your cleaners assigned to appointments. Can be manually sent from any appointment profile.

Clock-In Reminder - Remind your cleaners to clock in at the start of their appointment.

Clock-Out Reminder - Remind your cleaners to clock out after their appointment.

Cleaner Cancellation Notice - Notify your cleaners when an appointment gets canceled.

Employee Login Info - Notify your employees to log in to their accounts when you add them to ZenMaid.

Key Pick Up Reminder - Remind cleaners to pick up keys from the office before the start of their workday.

Key Drop Off Reminder - Remind cleaners to return keys to the office at the end of their workday.

SOS Alert - Notify you, their team, and office managers when a cleaner needs help. (For safety reasons, this template cannot be modified*)

Appointment Confirmation - Confirm new appointments with your customers.

Appointment Reminder SMS- Automatically sent to your customers to remind them about their appointments. Can be manually sent from any appointment profile.

Cleaning Complete - Notify your customers that their cleaning service has been successfully completed.

Appointment Follow-Up - Follow up with your customers a few days after their appointment. Ask them for a review, rating, and more.

Service Rating - Ask your customers to rate their experience with your cleaning service.

OMW Text - Notify customers that their cleaning team is on their way.

Appointment Cancellation Notice - Confirm the cancellation of an appointment with your customer.

Booking Confirmation - Automatically sent to your customers after they fill out the booking form. ZenMaid offers a booking form (included in the paid plan) that can be placed on your website.

Invoice Notification - Notify customers about their invoice.

Submitted booking notifications come through to the owner as App Notifications. You can also have your office staff get these notifications.

You can send the above SMS notification templates manually or automatically. You can edit what you’d like to appear in these templates, and if you automate, you can choose the time they get sent out.

SMS notifications are sent through Twilio.

Cleaners will receive a text notification if an appointment is canceled, but not if it's changed.
