Summary:
Follow this process to send a notification to your cleaners whenever an assigned appointment is canceled.
Step 1 - Accessing The Email & SMS Notifications Page
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings.
Under Communications, click on Email & SMS notifications.
Step 2 - Configure Your Cleaner Cancellation Notice Email & SMS
From the Email & SMS notifications page, scroll down to Cleaners communications and select the Cleaner Cancellation Notice email or SMS.
Tick the checkbox beside Send a customer cancellation notification email by default when cancelling appointments. (You will always be able to review this on a per-appointment basis)
Side Note:
If you prefer to send ONLY an email, and NOT text, leave the tick box on the Cleaner Cancellation Notice tab under the Text Templates unchecked.
If you prefer to send ONLY a text, and NOT an email, leave the tick box on the Cleaner Cancellation Notice tab under the Email Templates unchecked.
Once you're done, click the Save Changes button at the bottom.
