Summary:

  • This article will show you the available notifications on ZenMaid. Some can be toggled on or off, and some are required by default.


Notification That Can Be toggle On/Off

Owner/Office Manager(s) can be notified when:

  • Cleaner clocks in

  • Cleaner clocks out

  • Cleaner is on the way

Cleaners can be notified when:

  • Cleaner didn't clock in after 30 min

  • Cleaner didn't clock out after 30 min

  • Reminder to clock in

  • Reminder to clock out


Notification That Cannot Be toggle On/Off

Owner/Office Manager will be notified when:

  • Cleaner adds employee note

  • Cleaner edits employee note

  • Cleaner accepted invitation

  • Cleaner made an offer after an invitation

  • Cleaner declined invitation

  • Invoice payment received

  • Invoice payment failed

  • New booking via the ZenMaid instant booking form

  • SMS delivery issue

  • Email bounced (spam or wrong email)

  • ZenMaid Maid Summit

  • Appointment is canceled

Cleaners will be notified when:

  • Appointment is changed


Additional Information

To Note:

  • On the ZenMaid web app, at the bottom left-hand corner, unread notifications will show up on the bell icon as a teal dot.

  • By clicking on the bell icon, you can remove the teal dot.
