Appointment Status Revenue Report

You may want to run a report of your cancelled appointments for a few reasons.

Here are just a few but not all reasons:

-To view customers who repeatedly cancel

-To see how much potential revenue they could have made

-To reach out to re-book cancelled customers

Cancelled Appointment Statuses is the example used here but you can run the same filtered report for any status such as "Active", "Locked Out" or "Completed" Appointment Statuses instead.

Head to Calendar, then List View:

Then select the Cancelled status and your dates. The revenue considered lost will be on the left under 'Search'.

Your client list will be under this search section:

Using the List View to see revenue lost for many appointments will create pages that you can scroll through at the bottom.

Each page shows 50 appointments and the totals at the top are for the appointments on each page only. You can total the revenues at the top of each page to get the grand total of revenue lost.
