Time Settings
Check the appointment date and time of the appointment inside the customer's profile to be sure it is scheduled within business hours. However, if the calendar is set to only show a certain time range of the day and your appointment is outside this range, you won't be able to see it.
To change the range go to Settings ➡️ then Scheduling ➡️ then Appointment views settings
There you can change the Start/End Times of your calendar.
Appointment Status Settings
To check that the Appointment Status is set to show in the calendar, head to
Settings ➡️
then Scheduling ➡️
then Appointment Statuses.
Click the circle plus icon ⏺️➕ next to the status of the appointment that to was assigned to.
Select "Show by default in the calendar" and make sure all other Appointment Statuses have the desired settings before exiting. Click SAVE.
