Here's how you can Cancel an appointment:
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Scheduling > Calendar View (or any view you prefer).
Go to the day the appointment you want to delete or cancel is scheduled.
Click on it to show the appointment details side panel.
To cancel, click the appointment status dropdown button and select Cancelled.
Canceling an appointment lets you keep all the data and information in case you need it for future reports.
IMPORTANT: Deleting appointments instead of canceling them will remove the records from the system, so we recommend you use the Cancel status to cancel appointments.
Click the Actions button, then hit the Delete option.
A pop-up box will appear in the middle of the page asking if you're certain you want to delete the appointment and all its associated data. Select Delete.
