  • Locate the contact icon and go to All Contacts.

  • Type your customer's name on the search bar and click on their name to open their profile page.

  • On the next page, scroll down to the Scheduled Services section and expand it.

Ongoing and Future

This will display all the services the customer has scheduled. For example, this customer has a recurring service every 2 weeks and a one-time appointment.

Manage one-time appointment

Click on the "Manage Appointment" button and a pop-up window will appear. Here you'll be able to edit the appointment aspects that you need.

Manage recurring service

Click on the "Manage Recurring Service" button and you'll be directed to a new page. In this new page you can make changes such as, adjusting the frequency, change the price, locate a future appointment, or simply delete/cancel the recurring service.

Past

This will display all services that were scheduled for the customer, either one-time appointments or recurring services.

Using the List View

From the Scheduled Services section you can choose between viewing past or future appointments in a list view.

You can also access to this by selecting the List View after clicking the icon and adjusting the filters for the customer and time frame you'd like to analyze.

Additional Notes

  • Appointments or recurring services that are deleted won't appear.

  • If you need to edit a single appointment from a recurring service, visit this article instead.
