Here is a step-by-step guide on editing email and text message templates.
Step 1: To access the email and SMS notification template page:
From your ZenMaid dashboard, click on the Settings โ๏ธ icon in the bottom left corner.
In the Communications box, select Email and SMS Notifications.
Select different email and text message templates to edit and send to your clients.
Step 2 - Edit the body of a template:
Customizations
Edits are made just like in a Word document. Simply click where you want to insert the text and type. You can also delete any phrase that doesn't fit your business.
To see an example of what the {{variables}} are generating, click the Preview button below the body.
Variables
The values within double curly braces {{ }} are variables that tell the system where to place the corresponding information for each appointment.
Select when you want the message to be sent to the client.
In each template tab, you can see which variables are available for that type of message by clicking on {} Add a variable.

Notes:
Text messages have a character limit, but emails can be as long or as short as you want.
When you finish editing, don't forget to click the Save Changes button in the bottom right corner.
