The On My Way automated text is a feature included in our Pro Max Plan. It is a text that only cleaners can trigger on their ZenMaid app (if configured) and it is used to inform the customer that the cleaners are on their way to their home/apartment/office.
Editing the OMW text template
Locate the settings icon
and head over Email & SMS notifications under Communications.
Under Customer Communications, locate the OMW Text template and click on Edit.
A pop-up window will appear and here you can activate the template.
Below you'll find a text box where you can edit the content of the SMS.
The new accounts get a standard template but you can always customize it to your liking.
Hit the save button before you close the pop-up window.
OMW text from the cleaner's side
As mentioned above, this message can only be sent from the cleaner's ZenMaid app.
If they would like to inform the customer, they need to click the appointment and then hit the "On My Way" button, and select an estimated arrival time from the pop-up window.
Additional Notes
The OMW text contributes to your SMS usage.
Add the variable {{assignment.eta_sentence}} to add the estimated arrival time your cleaners select on their ZenMaid app.
