On the left-side menu locate the contacts icon
and go to All Contacts.
Find your customer using the search bar and click on their name to open their profile page.
On their profile page, click the
button and then Edit.
Disabling SMS
Locate the phone number field and click on the drop-down menu and select the option "Mobile (Don't Text)".
If your customer has multiple phone numbers, you must repeat the steps above for each phone number you want to disable.
Remember to save changes once you are done.
Disabling Emails
Right below the phone number field, you'll find the email address field.
Uncheck the box marked below
If your customer has multiple email addresses, you must uncheck the box for each of them.
Remember to save changes once you are done.
Additional Notes
Excluding customers from automated emails and SMS must be done manually.
This action is an all-or-nothing setting. Customers cannot be excluded from specific types of automated messages.
To reinstate automated communications, follow the same steps used for opting out and undo the changes.
