How to Turn Off Text and Email for an Individual Customer

Managing Automated Emails and Texts for Individual Customers

  • Go to “Contacts” > select “All Contacts

  • Click the name of the customer you want to stop from receiving automated emails or SMS.

  • From there, click on “Actions” > then select “Edit

  • Untick the box to turn off automated emails

  • And be sure to choose “Mobile (Don’t Text)” to turn off automated texts
