Activating SOS Alerts
Start from the scheduling view in your mobile App
Go into an appointment details view
Tap on the Blue Shield and drag the SOS slider full to the right side.
Managers will immediately get a popup alert on their desktops with the cleaner details, location, and appointment details.
Managers will also get a mobile notification once the alert is triggered
