Summary:
Here's an overview of the app's functionalities as an account admin.
As an Owner/Manager, you will have access to additional features beyond what a Cleaner can access, such as:
Access to the Dashboard - This will allow you to view and manage information about all your customers and cleaners.
View Customer Information - You can check details about your customers, such as their contact info, service history, and any special requests.
Manage Cleaner Information - You can view and update details about the cleaners working for your business, such as their schedules, and contact info.
Schedule Management - This makes it easy to organize and manage your daily appointments effortlessly and check the daily route of your cleaners.
Calendar
As soon as you open the app, you will land on the calendar, which shows all your upcoming appointments using the little calendar button and any days at the top. You can also scroll the appointments and click the tiny arrow to open the appointment for details.

If you want to check the details of the appointments, tap on the one you want to see.
As an Owner/Manager, you can also schedule an appointment. To do so, click on the blue "plus" button.
From there, you will see the Create Appointment screen.
Appointment details
The app will try to pull up a Google Street picture from the location of the appointment.
There's also the date, time, type of service, status of your appointment, and address. To get the directions to the appointment, click the address line under the customer's name.
Notes & Work Items
If you scroll down on the appointment, you will see the Appointment Custom Fields, Customer Custom Fields, and Work Items that need to be completed, as well as any notes and photos added to the appointment.
All the notes regarding the appointment and/or the customer will be shown here. You can check different item notes regarding your appointment. The app also lists the specific items that have to be cleaned. E.g. Refrigerator, Oven, etc.
Assigned to - Shows the Cleaners assigned to work on this specific appointment.
Appointment Custom Fields - Appointment-specific fields that are for this appointment only. These will be shown here. For example, it could be the client's preferred payment method or if the house currently has a guest and does not want a certain room cleaned during this visit.
Customer Fields - Customer-specific fields that are listed on every appointment the customer books, since they are tied to the customer's profile. Usually informs of how many rooms are to be cleaned in a house, the square footage, or if there are any pets.
Edit Appointments
At the top right, select the blue edit button.
Next, you can edit the Appointment Status by clicking the status arrow. A dropdown will appear with all the options listed in your ZenMaid account.
To add, edit, or remove the Appointment Statuses listed in the ZenMaid mobile app, please head over to your Appointment statuses page.
You can also make edits to the date, start time, and end time, add a new address, assign cleaners, change the price, or mark it as paid.
Click Save at the top right to save changes.
Notifications
On the Notifications section of your ZenMaid mobile app, you will see notifications about changes in the appointments.
Dashboard
On the Dashboard area, you can see a summary of different metrics about your Company. This feature is only accessible to Owners/Office Managers.
Recurring Customers - Displays the number of customers with active recurring appointments, and compares the amount vs. the prior month.
Instant Bookings - Displays the number of bookings done through a Booking Form, and compares the amount vs. the prior month.
Forecast Revenue This Month - Projected revenue based on the number of appointments that will take place in that month, and compares it vs. the prior month
Actual Revenue This Month - Revenue based on the actual appointments that took place and were paid in that month, and compares it vs. the prior month
Leads - Displays the number of new potential Customers added to your ZenMaid account. Lead customers refer to those who have not yet booked an appointment, be it One-Time or Recurring. It compares the number of Leads vs. the prior month.
Tasks Count - Displays the general number of Tasks completed over time.
More
Under More, you can check your Profile, Contacts, Cleaners, Daily Route, and Bookings.
Customers, Cleaners, and Bookings can only be accessed by the Owner/Office Managers.
More Section - Profile
Under your Profile, you can see your Membership number, mobile app version, which GPS app you use when clicking on the service addresses in appointments, and the toggle for Push Notifications.
Here’s what the options on the screen allow you to do:
Membership number - This allows you to share your ID, making it easy for our mobile development team to identify you in their system.
Version - This number indicates which version of the mobile app you're using. The support team may request this information when troubleshooting.
Open Appointments With - In the ZenMaid mobile app, you can click on service addresses within appointments, which will open a GPS app. This can be Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze, depending on the GPS app installed on your device.
Push Notifications - Enabling push notifications allows you to be notified when there is a change to an appointment, such as cancellations, cleaner clock-ins or clock-outs, and other important updates. You can fine-tune these notifications under the App notifications page.
More Section - Contacts
Displays all the customers saved in your ZenMaid account, Here you can see each customer's status and addresses:
You can even check the details of your Customers. To do so, click on any of the Customers to open their profile.
More Section - Contact Details
You can schedule an appointment for the Customer in this section. To do so, click on Schedule appointment.
More Section - Cleaners
Displays all Cleaners and Office Managers of the Company.
When you click on any individual on this screen, you'll see additional details like their email, phone number, and whether they have any assigned appointments.

In the Bookings section of the mobile app, you can view a list of all your pending and approved booking submissions that came through the Booking Form.
When you click on any individual booking on this screen, you'll see additional information like their email, service address, and other booking details.
