Control The Information Cleaners See On the Mobile App and Work Orders

Hide or Show Contact Details and Pricing From Your Cleaners in Work Orders & the Mobile App. You Can Also Limit Their Schedule View.

Here is the information that can be limited to cleaners:

  • Customer's Email, Phone number & Appointment prices

  • Contact Custom Fields & Appointment Custom Fields

  • Customer Notes & Appointment Notes

  • The appointments they are assigned to in the future and the past

Customer's Email, Phone number & Appointment prices

Locate Settings ➡️ Cleaners ➡️ General Settings:

There, you can select to hide or show the customer's contact information (email & phone number) and/or appointment prices:

This is how information and appointment prices will look on the Mobile App:

Not Allowed:

While you are here in General Settings, you can also limit the cleaner's view of appointments they are assigned to in the future and the past.

This means you can select how many days ahead of back they can see the appointments. You can also limit the cleaner's ability to clock in/out.

In addition, you may also need to review the price and customer contact info {{variables}} in your Work Order email template.

Go to your Settings ➡️ Communications ➡️ Email & SMS notifications

Locate the Work Order email:

Scroll down and delete the {{variables}} you'd want to hide from the Body section, such as the Customer Contact Information and Balance Owed.

If you want this information added and you do not see it in the body of the email, click on the {} Add a title variable or contact support.

Contact Custom Fields & Appointment Custom Fields

In Settings, for Contact Custom Fields and Appointments Custom Fields, you can decide to Hide from Cleaners when editing them:

Customer Notes & Appointment Notes

You can make Appointment and Customer notes private (Viewable only by Office Managers) when creating them in the Notes section of the appointment side panel:
