The first thing that needs to be done is to create different appointment/service types. To do this, contact the support team and let us customize your account to add Deep Cleans, Commercial, Move In/Outs, Post Construction, AirBNBs, or any other stand-alone service.

After you marked your appointments with the corresponding service types you'll be able to differentiate appointments in your payroll and change the hourly rate for each type of job.

To change the rate on each appointment in payroll view go to Payroll > View and Edit.

Locate the job with the type that has a different rate than usual and click on Edit.
