Pay Rate To Show In Payroll When Using Appointment Custom Fields

When running payroll, you can have pay rate information listed in an appointment that only you can see and manage.

You can create an Appointment Custom Field that's named "CLEANER PAY RATE" that is hidden from cleaners, so you can set a custom pay rate but not have the cleaner see it. When running payroll, you can then reference the decided pay for the cleaner.

Looking at the Payroll, you can see the contractor and pull up all the information for that appointment.

Then, if you want to find out what you agreed to pay them, you can click on the Appointment Notes and check the Custom Field CLEANER PAY RATE you created earlier. There you will see the pay rate you set for that cleaner in that specific job.

Now you can set the wage at that rate in the payroll by clicking the edit button:

Then enter the wage so that it reflects in the cleaner's pay:
