You can add an cleaner photo to the cleaner's profile and also include the photo in an email to your customers

• If you are adding a new cleaner, click Add new cleaner. You will see the pink glove icon while creating the cleaner profile. Click the grey picture+ box.

• If you are editing an existing cleaner, click All cleaners, locate the cleaner, click their name and under the pink 'Actions' tab, click Edit.

• In edit mode, you will see the pink glove icon. Click the grey picture+ box.

• Locate the photo from your photo/file storage. Photos are best at a 1:1 ratio size. The width should be the same as the height.

• Click Save Changes

To have the cleaner's photos show in automated emails, add wildcard {{appointment.assigned_cleaners_with_photos}} to any of your email templates.
