Here's what to do when the auto-fill doesn't work every time you add an address.

  • When you add a new contact address through the Start Typing Address... field, it will automatically load suggestions using Google.
  • There may be a few occasions where you won't get these Google suggestions. This might be because the address is new and Google Maps haven't recognized it yet.
  • If this happens, skip filling out the Start Typing Address... field and proceed with filling out the fields Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City/Town, State/Province/Region, and ZIP/Postal Code.
  • Once done, don't forget to hit the Save button.
