How to Use Appointment Custom Fields to Specify Appointment Discount

Here's how you can utilize appointment custom fields to use when manually identifying discounts for a new appointment.

  • From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Settings > Custom Fields.

  • Under the section Appointment Custom Fields, click on the + Add Appointment Custom Field button.

  • On the pop-up window, specify your discount type custom field under the Name field.

  • Set the type to Dropdown.

  • Specify your options (each option should be specified in a new line).

  • Hit the Create Field button once done.

  • To apply this custom field when creating appointment, you would only need to locate that custom field and select the appropriate option.
