Click on Contacts then select All contacts.
Using the search bar, search for the customer.
Click on the customer's name on the results to go in his/her profile.
Click on the Actions button then select Add Appointment.
Fill in the necessary items such as, but is not limited to, the time and recurrence, the address, and the cleaner assigned
Click on Create Appointment when done.
