Here's a tutorial for creating appointments for work besides cleaning appointments so your cleaners still get paid for these work-related appointments.
From your Zenmaid dashboard, go to your Contacts > Add New Contact.
Name the new contact so it's related to the work-related tasks your cleaners do.
Don't forget to save your new contact.
Next, create a new appointment using the contact you just created and plot it on the date and time your cleaner/s need/s to do it.
Don't forget to assign the appointment to the cleaner.
You can also make it as a repeating appointment if this task is recurring.
Click on the Create appointment button after finalizing.
