How to Create Non-Cleaning-Related Appointments

Summary

  • To log miscellaneous work or office-related duties, such as a team meeting appointment or any responsibilities outside of cleaning, use the Create Appointment function. This is especially useful for tracking time spent on non-cleaning appointments or other duties that don't involve direct service to a real customer.


Creating a Non-Cleaning Appointment

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to your Contacts > Add New Contact.

  • Name the new contact something that reflects the work-related duties your cleaners perform (e.g., “Team Meeting,” “Office Work,” “Miscellaneous Duties”).

  • Don't forget to save your new contact.

  • Create a new appointment using the contact you just created and set it for the date and time your cleaner(s) need to handle it.

  • If this work is recurring, you can make it a repeating appointment.

  • You can also make it a repeating appointment if this is recurring.

  • Click “Create appointment” after reviewing all details.
