A Contact Custom Field can help you identify and label new and existing contacts.
It is designated to store the answers to commonly asked customer questions. Questions like "Vacuum location," "Where to park," "Products to Use," etc.
Like the Customer Notes section, Contact Custom Fields show on ALL appointments. They differ from Appointment Notes & Appointment Custom Fields, which only show on SINGLE appointments.
Here's how you can create them.
