Summary:

  • Here's how you can inactivate (without deleting), and reactivate a cleaner from your ZenMaid account.

Inactivating Cleaners

  • Instead of deleting, you may inactivate a cleaner from your ZenMaid account. This keeps that cleaner's details in your account.

  • Go to Cleaners > All Cleaners.

  • Click on the cleaner you want to be inactivated.

  • Scroll to the bottom of their profile to see their schedule and reassign the jobs.

  • Select Inactivate under the Actions button.

  • Click "OK" on the pop-up window.

  • Note that inactivating a cleaner will de-assign them from their assigned teams and appointments from the date you deactivated them unless you do this beforehand.

Reactivating Cleaners

  • If an inactivated cleaner returns, you may simply reactivate them to recover all the details from your previous entry.

  • Go to Cleaners > All Cleaners.

  • On the next page, adjust the filter and select "Inactive" to view all cleaners that you've inactivated. This is located in your upper right-hand corner.

  • Select and click on the cleaner name you wish to reactivate.

  • On the next page, toggle the status on your upper right-hand corner from "Inactive" to "Reactivate".

  • Click "OK" on the pop-up window.

  • Now, your cleaner has been reactivated in your account.

Note:

  • You may view your active and inactive cleaners at the same time.

  • On your "All Cleaners" page, toggle the filter to and set it to "All".

  • Cleaners that have green tags beside them are active ones.

  • Cleaners that have red tags beside them are inactive ones.

  • Once you inactivate a cleaner's profile, they will be signed out as soon as they tap anything in the ZenMaid mobile app.
