Here's how you can give your cleaners access to the mobile app with their own credentials.
Accessing the All Cleaners & Office Managers Page
From your ZenMaid dashboard, navigate to the Cleaners icon and select All Cleaners.
You can either create a new cleaner or proceed with the steps below to edit an existing one already in your system.
Accessing a Cleaner's Profile
On the All Cleaners & Office Managers page, click the cleaner's name or the pencil icon next to it to begin setting up their login access.
If you selected the cleaner's name, you'll be taken to their profile. Hit the Actions button, then select Edit.
Changing Login Credentials
Next, check the box beside the phrase Allow this cleaner to sign in using their email and view their schedule? and create a new password for them.
Your cleaners will be able to log in to their account with the email entered in their profile and the password you previously assigned.
Automatically Sending Login Instructions
When you add the cleaner with the option to sign in using their email, a pop-up will appear asking if you want ZenMaid to notify them that they have access and provide instructions, or if you prefer to do it yourself.
Manually Sending Login Instructions
If you prefer to notify your cleaners directly, you can quickly send them their login information by clicking the Actions button and selecting Resend login info.
Additional Information:
Office managers cannot edit one another’s profiles.
