From your Zenmaid dashboard, hover over Settings at the bottom of the left hand column. When the menu opens up, click on Emails & Texts. 

This will take you to the Text Templates page. Look for the box that says OMW Text and click on it.

You will then be able to change any information included with the On My Way text.

Save your changes by scrolling down and hitting the "Save" button.
