How to Give Employees Access to Clocking In and Out Feature

Here's how you can allow your cleaners to log in their time

  • Select the employee you wish to give access to and click on the employee’s name. You can also click on the pencil icon to go directly into Edit mode.

  • Click the Actions button button and then select Edit.

  • (If you haven't done so already) Check the box that says Allow this cleaner to sign in using their email and view their schedule? and set a password for them.

  • Check the box that says ”Allow this cleaner to log their time in the system?”.

  • Select Save Changes.


If the cleaner does not see the clock in/out buttons on their mobile app:

Have the staff member log out of the ZenMaid app, close the app from running (do not delete the app), and launch the app fresh to log back in.

To do so, have them click MORE (...) then PROFILE in the app. At the top right will be the LOG OUT button. Close the ZenMaid App by swiping up (or clicking the menu to close the app), reopen it, and log back in to get the latest update.
