The article explains how to enable cleaners’ access to ZenMaid’s clock-in/out feature from the cleaner’s account settings and includes troubleshooting guidance for cases where the clock buttons don’t appear in the mobile app.

Accessing the Cleaner Profile
From the ZenMaid Dashboard, click the Cleaners icon in the left-hand sidebar and select All Cleaners.
To edit a cleaner's profile:
1. Use the pencil icon on the All Cleaners & Office Managers page.
2. Click on the cleaner's name, click Actions, and then select Edit.
Allowing a Cleaner to Use Clock In and Out
Important:
Password should contain letters and numbers only and be at least 8 characters long.
Make sure each profile has a unique password and avoid using the same one across profiles.
On the Edit Cleaner page, check the box that says Allow this cleaner to sign in using their email and view their schedule?.
Create a password for your cleaner to use when accessing their profile in the ZenMaid mobile app.
Check the box that says Allow this cleaner to log their time in the system?
Lastly, click Save Changes.
Additional Notes & Troubleshooting
If the cleaner does not see the clock-in or clock-out buttons on the mobile app, ask them to log out, close the app completely (without deleting it), then reopen it and log back in. To do this, they should tap More (...) then Profile in the ZenMaid mobile app. At the top right, select Log out. After that, close the ZenMaid app by swiping it up or closing it from the menu. Lastly, reopen it, and log back in to refresh the update.
