Summary
Here are several ways to check your cleaners' clock-in and clock-out times.
Option 1 - Appointment Sidebar
Accessing the Appointment Sidebar
In the Calendar View, click on the appointment you want to view the clock-in and clock-out times.
An appointment sidebar will appear on the right-hand side, displaying the clock-in and clock-out records under the Cleaners section.
Globe / Mobile Icons
The mobile app icon shows that your cleaners clocked in and out through the app.
The globe icon displays your cleaners' GPS location at the time they clocked in and out.
Editing Clocked Times
To edit the clock-in and clock-out times, select the Time In/Out button from the appointment sidebar.
Option 2 - List View
To view the history of a specific contact’s clock-in and clock-out times, you can use the List View.
In the List View, select the date range you want to see.
Use the search box to filter by a specific customer or cleaner.
Enter the customer’s name to see their records for that date range, or enter a cleaner's name to view their clock-in and clock-out times.
Click the arrow on the far right to display their clock-in and clock-out times.
Option 3 - The All Cleaners Page
Go to Cleaners > All Cleaners.
From the All Cleaners page, follow these steps:
Click on the name of the cleaner you'd like to check.
On their profile page, scroll down to the bottom.
In the "Schedule for [Cleaner's Name]" section, you can view their appointments.
Click on an appointment to see more details.
Option 4 - Payroll
Go to Payroll > Payroll.
Click on the View or View and Edit button on the payroll entry you want to view.
Identify which cleaner you want to view and click again on the View or View and Edit button beside the cleaner's pay amount.
On the next page, you will see all the appointments along with the clock-in and clock-out times of that cleaner for that payroll cycle.

Troubleshooting
If your cleaners are not seeing the clock in and out button on their app, please have them make sure that their GPS tracking is on.
If their ZenMaid mobile app says "no GPS data found", it will not display their clock-in and out button.
