Summary

  • This article explains how to track scheduled/clocked hours in ZenMaid and the different ways the system records and reports those hours.

Side Note

  • Click a GIF to expand it to full screen.

Using Payroll

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Payroll.

  • Select a time frame using the From and To fields, and then click on the Run Payroll button.

  • Click on View and Edit the Payroll you just generated.

  • On the records of the cleaner, click Edit

  • You'll see a summary of the total hours worked for the week at the bottom and top of the page.

Side Note

  • In order to view the total hours worked, your subcontractor should have an hourly rate as their default pay.

  • Keep in mind that the hours worked refer to the actual hours worked, meaning the hours between a Clock In and a Clock Out from the cleaner. If the cleaner does not Clock In, the system will count the hours set for the appointment.

Using Reports

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Reports.

  • Scroll down until you see the Hours section.

  • From there, select the Clocked Hours per Customer & Cleaner report.

  • In the pop-up window, select a date range using the "From" and "To" fields, then choose your preferred export format:

1. One Column Only
Great for getting a sum of all hours worked by all employees.

2. Grid Format
Great for getting a sum of all hours worked by each employee.

  • Then, choose any additional data you’d like to include in the export:

1. Include Appointment Price

2. Include Clock In and Out Times

3. Include Clocked Duration (e.g., 2.5 hours)

  • Once your selections are made, click Export to .csv to download the file.

Side Note

  • If you need to see the scheduled times, use the Worked Hours per Customer & Cleaner report.
