This process shows you how you can edit the clock-in and clock-out times of your cleaners in case one of them forgot to clock in/clock out on an appointment.

From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Calendar.
Select the appointment that you want to edit a cleaner's clock in/clock out times.
This will popup a window on your right showing the appointment details.
Look underneath the Assigned to section.
Click on the Time In/Time Out button.
Identify the cleaner you wish to edit the clock in/clock out times, especially if you have multiple assigned to one appointment.
Once you've identified the cleaner, you can edit and specify the times under the In and Out fields.
Hit Save afterwards.
The cleaner that you edited the clock in/clock out times will have a blue hand icon like this
While the cleaner that you did not change the times will have a gray hand icon one like this.
Hovering your mouse tracker on the hand icon will show you the details of the manual clock in / clock out.
Fixing accidental clocked times for the wrong appointment:
If you unassign the cleaner with the incorrect time and then reassign them, their clocked times will revert to the scheduled times.
