On your Calendar View, click on the appointment you wish to send an email.
Click on the “Actions” drop-down button on the appointment details window
Select either the “Send Email” or "Send Text" option.
A new pop-up window will appear at the center. You can select the email template/text template you'd like to send by expanding the drop-down menu.
After selecting the template, click on the Generate Email or Generate Text button.
This will open a new window to let you view a preview, edit the email/text content, and identify which phone number/email you want to send it to in case the customer has multiple contact info.
Click on the “Send Email” or "Send Text" button.
