- On your Calendar view, click on the appointment you wish to send an email.
- Click on the “Actions” drop down button on the appointment details window
- Select either the “Send Email” or "Send Text" option.
- A new pop up window will appear at the center. Select the email template / text template you wish to send by expanding the drop down menu.
- After selecting the template, click on the Generate Email or Generate Text button.
- This will open a new window to let you view a preview, edit the email/text content, and to identify which phone number / email you want to send it to in case the customer has multiple contact info.
- Click on the “Send Email” or "Send Text" button.
