Here's how you can give your cleaners access to the mobile app with their own credentials.

From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to Cleaners then select All Cleaners. Feel free to create a new cleaner and follow the succeeding steps. This process assumes you want to edit an already existing cleaner in your ZenMaid system.

On the next page, click on the cleaner's name you want to provide a login for.

On the cleaner's profile page, hit the Actions button then select Edit.

You may also click the Edit (the pencil) button straight from the All Cleaners page beside the name of the specific cleaner.

Next, check the box beside the phrase Allow this cleaner to sign in using their email and view their schedule? and create a password for them.

When you add the cleaner with the option to sign in using their email, you will get a pop-up asking if you want ZenMaid to notify them that they have access and give them instructions, or if you want to do it yourself.

In case you want to notify your cleaners yourself, you can quickly send them their login info by going to the Actions button and clicking on Resend login info

Your cleaners will be able to log in to their account with the email entered in their profile, and the password you previously assigned.
