Additional Notes
In case you re-hire an inactivated cleaner, you may simply reactivate their profile using the steps below.
Inactivating a cleaner preserves their account data while deleting them removes it.
Inactivating a cleaner will de-assign them from their assigned teams and appointments from the date you deactivated them, unless you do this beforehand.
Your plan rate will automatically update based on the revised number of active cleaners. Managing your team effectively ensures that your subscription is tailored to your needs and minimizes additional costs.
