You can add a cleaner's photo to their profile and also include the photo in an email to your customers.

From the ZenMaid Dashboard, go to the right-hand side of the side panel and click on the Cleaners icon.

From there, choose to add a new cleaner or edit an existing one.

When creating or editing a cleaner, you can add their picture by clicking the grey icon on the left side of the screen.

Find the photo in your photo or file storage. For best results, use a 1:1 ratio where the width and height are equal.

Click Save Changes.

Under Settings in the Communications section, select Email & SMS Notifications.

Click the email template where you want to add the cleaner's picture.

Insert the variable {{appointment.assigned_cleaners_with_photos}}

Then click Save.

The cleaner's name and picture will now appear in the email where you added the variable.
