Sometimes you'll want to create a Monthly recurring service that repeats on the same day of the month (i.e. Every 1st of the month) rather than a certain day of the week on the month (i.e. the first Wednesday of the month)

Here's how you can quickly edit each appointment to match the exact day you want it to be repeated.

Create a New appointment for the customer, and select the recurring option. You can select Repeats every 4 weeks or Repeats every month. In this case, we'll select Repeats every 4 weeks.

Once the appointment is created, go to the customer's profile. You can quickly go by clicking on Open profile on the appointment side panel.

Scroll down to the Scheduled Services section of the customer profile, and select the recurring service you just created.

Scroll down on the next page, until you see the list of all upcoming appointments

Notice how future appointments don't land on the exact day every month. To quickly fix this, click on Edit to the right of each appointment and you will see the appointment side panel. Change the date to match the one you want to land on.

Click the Save button on the top right of the side panel.

Once you have changed all the appointment dates to the day of each month you want the recurring service to happen, refresh the page.

You will see all appointments are now on the date you changed them to.

Currently, ZenMaid only displays 6 months in the future, so you will only be able to change 6 months first. As time passes, you will be able to see the next appointment and will be able to change the date for it.

If you need the recurring service to land on a certain day of the week instead of a day of the month, you can adjust it on the Manage Recurring Service page as well.
