Summary

  • You can get a breakdown of your daily numbers directly in the Calendar by switching to the Metric View. This view is available only on:

1. Calendar View

2. Dispatch View – Weekly Scheduling

Locating the Metric View Button

  • From the ZenMaid Dashboard, head over to your Calendar View or Weekly Dispatch View.

  • In the Weekly Calendar View, the Metric View button is located at the top-left corner of the calendar grid, directly above the first time slot column. You’ll find it next to the "Tasks" label.

Viewing What the Metric View Includes

  • Revenue
Showing only totals based on appointment prices. Tips and taxes are not included.

  • Man Hours
Summing up the total scheduled hours, not clock-in/out times.

  • Number of Appointments
Counting only visible appointments. Hidden ones via filters will not appear in the totals.

Tip: Filtering to a specific cleaner updates the metrics to show only that cleaner’s data.

  • % of Paid Appointments
Showing the percentage of appointments marked as Paid.

  • % of Assigned Appointments
Showing the percentage of appointments assigned to cleaners for that day.

E.g., if you have 2 appointments but only 1 is assigned, it will display 50%.

Using Filters to Refine the View

  • You can narrow your metrics by using filters to focus on individual cleaners, teams, or appointment types.
