If you hover over the calendar option, you will see the newly added Dispatch View - Weekly scheduling (Beta)
This will take you to a bird’s eye view of the Weekly Calendar with the default set to sorted by Cleaner.
Here’s the breakdown of what information it displays:
1. Tasks:
You will find all the weekly tasks on the top row of the calendar corresponding to each day of the week
2. Unassigned appointments:
All the appointments created that don’t have a Cleaner assigned to them will be shown here
3. Appointments by Cleaner:
Here are all the Appointments assigned to each Cleaner on each day of the week
4. Revenue:
Here you can see: Revenue for each day of the week; who’s assigned (or unassigned) to a service for each day; % of paid services; the number of appointments for each day; and man hours
You can also schedule an appointment directly from this view; simply click on the day you want to create the appointment, then choose the customer and lastly create an appointment like you normally would
On the top right corner, you can also color code each Job by Cleaner, Team, Status, Recurrence, Paid/Unpaid
If you color code the appointments by Cleaner, you will also be able to the when somebody is paired with another Cleaner. Just check the diagonal stripe on the appointment and it will show the color of the cleaner that is paired with
You can also tell when a service is recurring by looking at the spinning icon on the appointment:
