In order to upload your customers we would need you to provide your customers info, as much as better. :)
Information required are:
customer name/s and/or company name
phone number/s (with area code)
email/s
address/es
Other information that could be useful for you can be uploaded as custom fields, and those are:
notes (public or private)
method of payment
alternate contact
marketing source
directions
key/alarm code
price
pets
favorite cleaner, etc.
All these information should be provided in a spreadsheet (.csv or .xls formats are ok). See here the example of the spreadsheet with the customer information provided:
Here are the information needed to upload your cleaners:
cleaners name
phone number (with area code)
email
address
pay rate (amount of money, percentage of revenue share)
pay type (hourly, revenue share, etc.)

To upload your appointments (schedule) we will need following information:
customer name
service address
start time of the appointment (date and time)
end time of the appointment (date and time)
frequency of the appointment (monthly, weekly, etc.)
end subscription date (if existing)
