Ensure the customer has no future appointments by either canceling the recurring service or changing the Appointment Status to Cancelled.
You can also manually choose the client's Customer Status by editing their profile and selecting the 'This is a former recurring customer' Customer history option.
Either option will tag them as Former clients.
