Adding/Removing Calendar Invite in the Appointment Reminder Email Template

Learn how to include/exclude a calendar invitation to your appointment reminder template.

  • Locate the Settings icon and go to Email & SMS notifications under Communications.

  • Select the "Appointment Reminder" email template and on top of the pop-up window, under "When to send" you'll find a checkbox to attach a calendar invitation.

  • If you want to include it, keep the box checked, if you don't want to include it, uncheck it.

  • Make sure you save changes before closing the pop-up window.
