Here's a process on how you can have your office manager clock in and clock out via the ZenMaid app.
Make sure that you've assigned your cleaner as an office manager in Zenmaid. Click here for a step-by-step process.
Create a customer that will stand as your office manager's office duties. Let's say, a customer named Office Duties.
Go to your calendar and create a new appointment using Office Duties as the customer.
Set the start and end time the same as your office manager's work hours.
You may also set that appointment as recurring.
Don't forget to assign your office manager under that appointment.
