Here's a process on how you can have your office manager clock in and clock out via the ZenMaid app.

You must assign your cleaner profile as an Office Manager in ZenMaid. Here's the step-by-step guide.

You also need to create a new customer profile so you can assign your office manager. You may name it as you see fit, in this example we named it 'Office Manager Working Hours'.

There's no need to add a phone number or an email address, but a service address is needed so you can create appointments for this new contact.

  • Create a new appointment for this new contact, it should be the same length as your Office Manager's working hours. (i.e. from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

  • If your office manager works daily, set the service as a weekly recurring service and repeat the step above for all the other days your Office Manager is supposed to work.

  • On the 'Cleaner's section, assign your Office Manager and remember to set the price to 0 before saving changes.
