Here's a process on how you can have your office manager clock in and clock out via the ZenMaid mobile app.

To begin, assign your cleaner profile to the Office Manager role.

Tracking Office Manager Hours
You'll also need to create a new customer profile to assign your office manager. You can name it however you'd like. In this example, we used the name OM Working Hours.
You don't need to add a phone number or an email address, but a service address is needed so you can create appointments for this new contact.
Please create a new appointment for this contact with the same duration as your Office Manager's working hours, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, for example.
If your Office Manager works daily, set the service to recur weekly and repeat the step above for each day your Office Manager is scheduled to work.
In the Cleaners section, assign your Office Manager and set the price to $0 before saving the changes.
