When you receive a new booking through your ZenMaid booking form, four things happen:
You get a notification both on the ZenMaid webapp (the website) and on the mobile app.
You get notified by email.
Your customer gets a text reminder if you activated them and they booked using their phone number. You can edit this text in your Text templates (booking confirmation).
Your customers gets an email reminder if you activated them and they booked using their email. You can edit this email in your Email templates (booking confirmation).
Booking Confirmation Email and Text Template notes:
Booking confirmations can not "only go to a certain group of people".
