When you receive a new booking through your ZenMaid booking form, four things happen:
You get notifications on the ZenMaid web app (the website) and the mobile app. Submitted booking notifications come through as App Notifications.
You will be notified by email. The company email listed on the Company Details page will receive new booking notifications. You can also have your office staff receive these emails.
Your customer gets a text reminder if you activated them and they booked using their phone number. You can edit this text in your Text templates (booking confirmation).
Your customers get an email reminder if you activated this setting and they booked using their email. You can edit this email in your Email templates (booking confirmation).
Booking Confirmation Email and Text Template notes:
Booking confirmations can not be sent to select office managers.
