Once the cleaners have clocked in/out, you can click to edit the appointment.

Adjust the scheduled time to match the cleaner’s clocked times.

Select at the very bottom to “Automatically Recalculate”

Click “SAVE” and the estimated pricing will change to a new price calculated down to the minute.

For example, each cleaner has a man-hour rate of $60. The appointment is scheduled for 2 hours, totaling $120. The cleaner’s clocked times equal 1 hour 58 minutes. This will total $118 when you click to recalculate.
