What Happens When A Client Leaves A Tip On A Past Payroll-Approved Appointment?

How to add a cleaner's tip on Payroll for when a client tips on an Invoice for an appointment that has been approved on Payroll

After payroll is run and you have been waiting for a few unpaid invoices to come in, you can check your notifications to keep an eye out for those invoices to get paid. You will also be looking for any tips that were left out of the payroll.

If you are looking for a few unpaid invoices, as they get paid you will be notified on the top right of the screen when an invoice is paid.

Click on the notification to open the appointment and see any tips that the customer may have left. Keep track of tips that need to get added.

When you are ready to create another Payroll, find the cleaner that the past tips are owed and click to open their payroll screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the cleaner's payroll.

Add the tip that the customer left from their invoice in the Bonus section since it will not be tied to a specific appointment in this payroll.
