Job Estimation has a tax rate of 0% which you cannot adjust.

Sales tax report cannot be run to show the break out of each different sales tax rate as of Nov 2019.  The Tax Rate report gives the amount of how much total tax for a time frame.

Customers that are tax exempt or have a different tax than the rest of your customers can set up a second tax rate which would have 0% in it. When you create an appointment for the tax exempt customer just choose the 0% tax rate under financials
