Inactivating and Replacing a Cleaner

  • From your dashboard, click on Cleaners > All Cleaners.

  • Select the cleaner you'll be replacing.

  • Once on the cleaner's profile, expand the top right menu. Click on Actions > Replace <Cleaner name>.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Beneath the field Replace <Cleaner Name> with..., you may select:

    • A new cleaner created using the information below.. option where you would need to enter the new cleaner details such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email.

    • Or you may expand the drop-down menu and select which existing inactive cleaner you'd like to replace the previous cleaner with.

  • Click on the button Replace <Cleaner Name> with the new cleaner above.

  • Note that it will deactivate the cleaner that you're replacing while unassigning them from all their future appointments.
