How to Change Default Cleaner in a Recurring Service

Summary:

  • While you can switch cleaners in any appointment individually, you can also save the changes for all future appointments in a recurring service.

  • Here are two ways how you can change the default cleaner(s) in all appointments in a recurring service.


Changing a Team from the Customer's Profile

  • From your Dashboard, go to All Contacts and find the customer you want to make the changes in the appointment for.

  • Once in the customer's profile, scroll down and find the Scheduled Services section. You will see the option to Manage Recurring Service.

  • On the next page, you will find information about the recurring service, including the default Team

  • To change the cleaner(s), click on Change Default Team.

  • You will see a pop-up promoting to select the new Team you want to assign to this recurring service and the starting date when that change will occur.

  • Click on Change team for the services selected above to save the changes.


Changing an individual cleaner(s) directly from the Appointment

  • From any Scheduling View, click on the recurring appointment for which you wish to change the default cleaner.

  • On the appointment side panel, go to the Cleaners section and click on Assign.

  • Add the new cleaner and check the Assign selected cleaners to all future appointments in this recurring service? option.

  • Click Assign Cleaners to save changes.
