1.- Check the appointment date and time of the appointment inside the customers profile if there's no error but still can't see the appointment in the Calendar go to the step 2. 

2.- The calendar is set to only show certain time range of the day if your appointment is outside this range you wouldn't be able to see it, to change the range go to >Settings>Calendar. 

3.- There you can change the Start Time of your calendar.

4.- If you still can't find your appointment contact with  support and we'll gladly help you solve this issue
