Here's how you can navigate to locate the appointment notes that were left by your cleaner.
Click the appointment you want to check from your Calendar View.
Click on the Notes tab, look under Notes Left By your Cleaner About this Job section.
When a cleaner adds a note from the app, you will get a notification. On the top right, the 🔔 symbol, you should see something like this:
Cleaners can view public notes in the mobile app but cannot make any changes to them. Cleaners can only make edits to the notes that they have added themselves by clicking the three dots on the top right of their note:
Then, they will get a menu of what edits they would like to make:
