Sometimes, ZenMaid can't process a certain contact or employee's street address which results in a 500 error or 'rights restricted' error.  

To resolve:

1.  Make all the changes you'd like in the record, and add all of the data you need, except the location/street address.

2.  Save.

3.  Go back into the record and add the address.

4.  Save.

You should now be able to successfully save your data.
