Summary:
You can add a cleaner's photo to their profile and also include the photo in an email to your customers.
Adding a Cleaner's picture
When creating or editing a cleaner, you will be able to add their picture by clicking on the grey icon to the left of the screen.
Locate the photo from your photo/file storage. Photos are best at a 1:1 ratio size. The width should be the same as the height.
Click Save Changes.
Including the photo on Email Templates
Go to Settings, and then Email & SMS Notifications under Communications.
Click on the Email template to which you want to add the cleaner's picture, and add the variable {{appointment.assigned_cleaners_with_photos}}, and click Save.
The Cleaner's name along with their picture will not appear on the email you added the Variable to.
